Leviticus 6:5-7

^4-5 on the day he is found guilty of any such sin, he shall restore what he took, adding a 20 percent fine, and give it to the one he has harmed; and on the same day he shall bring his guilt offering to the Tabernacle. ⁶ His guilt offering shall be a ram without defect, and must be worth whatever value you demand. He shall bring it to the priest, ⁷ and the priest shall make atonement for him before the Lord, and he shall be forgiven.”
